health and wealth

Ladies! Did you know that there is a direct correlation between health and wealth? Well… of course you did, y’all are a bunch of smart cookies. But did you also know that data shows that women who exercise 4+ times a week are more likely to be better savers? Yes, it’s true.

Check this out…

1)      Adults who said they are confident in their retirement are less likely to say their life is stressful and more likely to say they are in “excellent” or “very good” health.

2)      Only 29% of people who feel confident about their retirement plan report their lives as being somewhat-to-very stressful.

3)      58% of those who are confident do moderate or vigorous exercise at least four times per week.

4)      56% do not think they have enough saved for retirement
